Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Manufacturing defect

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear and tear.
